However, folks who get their rocks off by downloading Ass Disasters 5 on BitTorrent will be sad to learn that the internet is killing the porn business as we know it.<a href="http://www.thedailybeast.com/blogs-and-stories/2010-01-10/top-5-reasons-porn-for-profit-is-dying/full/">The Daily Beast</a> recently posted a list of reasons why the porn-for-profit model, which was once thought to be a never-ending fountain of cash, is actually drying up.  Among their reasons: internet piracy of profitable DVDs, Video On Demand not catching on, serious online competition from amateurs &amp; hookers, and the time-sucking giant that is World of Warcraft.</p>
<p>Ironically, porn&#8217;s penchant for being on the cutting edge might make it the first media industry to completely collapse in the digital era.  Or will printed newspapers beat them to the media graveyard?</p>
